We are a team of installers including a fully qualified electricians, registered with Napit, so we can offer 2 options of installation.
• Delivery of materials to customer
• Erection of PV framework support structure including fitment of brackets to roof structure to customers plan. Ensuring water tightness of roof is maintained.
• Fitment of PV array to framework detailed by clients plan.
• DC cable strings to be routed from the Array (to junction box / through roof structure ensuring roof is still watertight) into the roof void/attic then to Inverter location.
• All panels to be tested prior to installation to check operation.
• Installation of Inverter, including all AC and DC switches, Pulsed meter and connection in to Distribution board
• Commission and testing of generator.
Option 2) PV Array Installation only.
• Delivery of materials to customer.
• Erection of PV framework support structure including fitment of brackets to roof structure to customers plan. Ensuring water tightness of roof is maintained.
• Fitment of PV array to framework.
• DC cable strings to be routed from the Array (to junction box / through roof structure ensuring roof is still watertight) into the roof void/attic
• DC cables to be clearly identified and live conductors to be made safe (sealed over).
• Voc for each string to be measured if possible (daylight permitting) and returned to client
• All panels to be tested prior to installation to check operation
